Selected oolong teas and tea ceramics from Taiwan
In the Evergreen Teashop you will find exquisite teas from Taiwan, which we personally select on site.
We regularly visit the tea gardens of friendly tea farmers and select the best tea varieties for our tea Hong Yu - Ruby 18 - black tea from Sun Moon Lake for our customers.
We only stock loose tea such as High Mountain Oolong Teas such as Alishan, Shanlinxi, Da Yu Ling, Lishan, Baozhong. Many of these teas are also available more fermented or roasted. We also have particularly good harvests as Aged Oolong.
Taiwan is also known for its black tea, especially from Sunmoon Lake where Hon Yu - Ruby #18 is cultivated.
When selecting teas, we also attach particular importance to sustainable cultivation, that the tea leaves are picked by hand and gentle processing.
