Lightly fermented oolong tea
Slightly fermented oolong teas inspire with their floral bouquet and their unique taste of blossom nectar. The loose tea leaves are usually harvested by hand and then rolled.
Oolong tea is traditionally often roasted and baked several times.
However, fresh - slightly fermented Oolong teas are not used because the natural essential oils in the tea leaves are preserved.
