Da Yu Ling Oolong Cold Brew recipe - that's how it's done!

At the moment we are all groaning under the summer heat and refreshing drinks are very popular.

So-called cold brew teas are particularly suitable.

With this little guide we want to show you how easy it is to prepare Cold Brew Oolong Tea yourself. It works with just a few steps and a little patience :)

1. choose your favorite tea.

We recommend lightly fermented oolong teas to prepare your cold brew oolong. These are not only suitable because of their floral aromas, but also because these varieties ensure that the rolled tea leaves unfold beautifully and thus the tea leaves can release their aromas.

We're happy to use ours Da Yu Ling Oolong. But of course they are just as good Baozhong, Milky Oolong or Alishan Oolong

2. the amount needed

For a large carafe you need about 5 - 8 grams of rolled tea leaves.

3. the preparation

Now fill the carafe or a teapot with tap water and add the tea.

3. In the fridge and wait

Now put the carafe in the fridge overnight. now a little patience is required.

4. can I already try?

Yes of course! the next morning you can either enjoy the cold brew tea immediately. You can also put the tea in a thermos and take it with you to the lake or hiking.

we wish you a lot of fun imitating it!
