Fushoushan (Fushou Mountain) is a very small Oolong cultivation area in the Lishan Mountains in Taiwan. Due to the ideal cultivation conditions, one of the best oolong teas in Taiwan is produced there.
In 2010, the tea harvest was of excellent quality, so the tea master decided to expand this oolong into an Aged Fushoushan High Mountain Oolong.
At 2200 meters above sea level, these tea gardens are one of the highest tea farms in Taiwan! The popular Qing Xin cultivar is grown there.
and this is how the tea tastes:
Due to its age, this Aged Fushoushan Oolong tastes extremely smooth and smooth, more like honey or slightly caramelized and pleasantly woody flavors.
This tea can withstand up to 10 infusions and remains pleasantly soft without the taste becoming astringent.
