Shipment

1. Shipping costs:

We charge a flat rate for deliveries within Germany 4.95 euros per order

From an order value of 75.00 euros, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

We ship to the following countries within Europe for 12.50 euros

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,

Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

 

We ship to France for 11.80 euros and free of charge from 140 euros

 

We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein for 18.50 euros and from 200 euros

for free. Unfortunately, we had to adjust the shipping costs because DHL significantly increased the prices for this in January 2021.

 

From an order value of 140 euros, we deliver free of charge within the European Union.

 

We charge a flat rate of 30.00 euros for deliveries to other countries

 

2. Payment terms:

Payment can be made either in advance, PayPal or credit card via Shopify Payments

If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days.

If you are in default of payment, the purchase price shall be subject to interest at a rate of 5% above the base rate during the default. We reserve the right to prove and claim higher damage caused by default.

We generally only ship after receipt of payment.
