For this great Green Pearl Jade Oolong tea, the slightly larger tea leaves were harvested and not the tip of the tea shoot with the youngest three leaves, as is usual for lightly fermented High Mountain Oolong.

Only loose tea leaves were used for this Jade Oolong and the stems of the shoots were completely dispensed with.

This results in a wonderfully light taste with very great floral aromas and blossom nectar, which persists even after repeated brewing and is reminiscent of magnolias.

Due to the flattering taste, the tea is very suitable for daily use and is also the ideal oolong for beginners.
